We've designed the MAFADI outdoor sandals with a round full toe with the vigorous steps of Bushmen in mind. But even they like to indulge in a leisurely pace. We had that in mind too. That's why the upper is made of woven polyester webbing and polyurethane leather - durable, lightweight, adaptable. If you're going on a hike, it's more than likely you won't have paths lined with rose petals... With these MAFADI sandals, you don't have to worry about rough terrain or rain either - the quick-drying hydrophobic mesh with antibacterial treatment will do you great service. The midsole made of flexible, elastic and lightweight EVY (a rubber-based elastomeric polymer that provides excellent shock absorption) also comes in handy, as does the durable 100% rubber outsole.
