Exchange of goods for another size within 14 days of delivery

If you want to change the size of the clothes you ordered, send the goods back to our address: Bushman s.r.o., Benešovská 75, 257 22 Nespeky - Městečko, Czech Republic or bring the garments to any BUSHMAN brand store. On the form, which you can download here, please state the goods you want to exchange and also the replacement goods you desire, ie. the new size. We usually handle exchanges within a week of receiving them, but no later than within 14 days.

An exchange can be applied for within 14 days of receipt of the goods of the original order (according to Czech Post's tracking system). Goods sent for exchange after this period may* not be taken into account by the supplier and the goods may* be sent back to the customer at his or her expense.

The goods you send us for exchange must be UNDAMAGED, UNWORN, UNWASHED, FOLDED and COMPLETE. Therefore, please make sure that they are in their original condition, not dirty, not crumpled and properly folded. Only goods returned this way can serve someone else as well!

Refunds within 14 days of delivery

If the goods do not meet your expectations and you have not chosen another alternative for them (see the procedure above), send the goods back to our address Bushman s.r.o., Benešovská 75, 257 22 Nespeky - Městečko, Czech Republic, or take them to any BUSHMAN brand store. On the form, which you can download here, please tick the option "Return of goods within 14 days" and please state the number of your bank account to which we will refund your money. The goods should be sent in the original packaging, well packed. Attach the original invoice and this sheet (completed on the other side). If you return only part of the goods from the invoice, attach a copy of the invoice and keep the original. Send the shipment insured (in your own interest). Do not send it by registered mail or cash on delivery, we will not accept cash on delivery packages. Our refund will take place within the statutory period of 14 days, although we usually pay immediately or within a week.

In accordance with the provisions of § 1829 et seq. of the Civil Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods (according to Czech Post's tracking system). The goods must be UNDAMAGED, UNWORN, UNWASHED, FOLDED and COMPLETE. Goods sent after this period may not be taken into account by the supplier and the goods may be sent back to the customer at his or her expense.
