BUSHMAN CLUB rules valid from September 18, 2019
Membership Terms:
Any person over the age of 18 who agrees to these general terms and conditions and meets the membership conditions below can become a member of the BUSHMAN CLUB. Membership in the BUSHMAN CLUB is free of charge and entitles the BUSHMAN CLUB member to take advantage of the benefits specified on the BUSHMAN CLUB page: membership levels.
The BUSHMAN CLUB membership card (hereinafter referred to as the EAN Code)
The virtual card (with a generated EAN member code obtained during BUSHMAN Club registration) allows you to be identified as a BUSHMAN Club member of any level. Registration can be done in person at the store or on the website www.en.bushman.eu by filling out the electronic form and providing all the mandatory information required to enter the BUSHMAN CLUB. A member can use only one member EAN code, and it is non-transferable (members registered before September 18, 2019 will be able to continue with their current membership card).
When purchasing and submitting the EAN member code, store staff are obliged to identify the payment by reading this code, and thus electronically record the operation on the customer's individual account. The relevant benefits according to the stated conditions are obtained by the customer automatically after reaching the required limits and all bonuses or benefits thus obtained can be used for subsequent purchases.
Data is updated in our customer database within 24 hours of the last transaction. Activation of individual customer accounts takes place no earlier than 14 days after the customer's registration. In the event of loss, theft or damage to the card (for customers registered before 18 September 2019), the member is obliged to immediately report this fact to the nearest store, by e-mail to [email protected] or via the official infoline. After notification of the loss or theft, the customer will be informed about the next steps and for getting a new registration.
The EAN membership code and the membership card (for customers registered before 18 September 2019) can also be used for purchases via the online store.
Termination of BUSHMAN CLUB membership.
A member may terminate his membership by official notice at the relevant store, electronically or in writing. Membership in the BUSHMAN Club expires for the following reasons:

at a member of the BUSHMAN CLUB’s own request,
• by the decision of the BUSHMAN Club’s operator on the basis of a breach of the rules and conditions of the Club.
The protection of personal data
By registering, the participant consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended, and the sending of company information. The data will be processed for the purposes stated in these membership rules. The purpose of processing personal data can also be for direct marketing and, if the customer so wishes, also the processing of orders for our products or the customer's participation in promotional competitions. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is: Article 6 (1) (a). a) or f) in connection with recital 47 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, for the purposes of direct marketing; Article 6 (1) (a) (a) for the purpose of organizing competitions; Article 6 (1) (a) b) for the purpose of processing orders. The operation of the BUSHMAN Club is provided technically by the company Bushman, s.r.o, which processes the personal data of members in accordance with the law specified in the Principles of Personal Data Protection. The operator is entitled to change the rules of the BUSHMAN Club.
