We like to reach out to you in a friendly manner because we want to feel closer to our customers, the better to share common values, if we have them, as in a circle of friends or in a large family. I can't remember the password for my account – what must I do
If you do not remember the password to your account, just click on ‘Forgot password?’ in the ‘Login’ section. Then enter your original email address and click ‘Reset Password’. We will send you a new password to your entered e-mail. After logging in, you can still change it: just click on your name in the ‘Your account’ section, enter the new password twice in the ‘Change password’ field and confirm it by using the ‘Save changes’ button.

You can also pay for your order by bank transfer to ČSOB account number CZ21 0300 1712 8001 1757 1093 SWIFT/BIC CEKOCZPP.
Enter your order number as the variable symbol. Please let us know us by e-mail to [email protected] about the payment you’ve made by transfer.
I want to cancel my order - how do I do it?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to help you. Always include your order number in the email.

If you want to change the method of payment for your order (cash on delivery, card, bank transfer), please contact our customer service. We will be more than happy to help you.

I want to extend the deadline for picking up my order at the store – what must I do?
If you do not have time to pick up the order at the store within 5 days, contact the selected store and arrange for an extension of the shipment storage date. We will be happy to accommodate your request.
Why can't I see my purchase history after logging in?
Information about your previous purchases is not yet visible in the system even after logging in. We plan to start showing your purchase history in the summer of 2021. However, we do record all your purchases under your personal number and accumulate them for the calculation your regular reward. If you are in the BUSHMAN CLUB, we will also count them for you to progress within the membership levels. If you are in the BUSHMAN CLUB, after logging in you will also see your specially discounted prices for products and you will see advantageous offers intended only for BUSHMAN CLUB members. If you do not see your product discount or have any other comments, contact us by e-mail at club@bushman.eu. And we remain always happy to help you.

Where can I find more information about a product?
All available information about the product, including availability in stores, can be found in the product detail section. Of course you can handle the product and try it on in our stores. If it happens that one (or more) of our products does not suit you, you can exchange it for a more comfortable one within 14 days. If you are in our BUSHMAN CLUB, you have 45 days to opt for exchange.
How do I find the right sizes for clothes, shoes or belts?
Instructions on how to choose your right size can be found HERE. For shoe sizes, we state standard EU sizes. If it happens that our product does not suit you, you can exchange the goods for more comfortable ones within 14 days. If you are in our BUSHMAN CLUB, you have 45 days to make your exchange.
What does the "P" mark mean for pants size?
The marking ‘P’ after the size number on a pair of trousers means ‘extended length trousers’ - the legs of the trousers marked in this way are 8 cm longer than the standard sizes. Did you know that few companies offer such a wide range of trousers as BUSHMAN?
What is the difference between the size numbering of pants and of jeans?
The numbering of classic trousers is based on the metric system in centimetres and the numbering of jeans is in British/American inches. You can find out what dimensions the numbers for trousers and jeans correspond to in the size chart.

I want to become a member of the BUSHMAN CLUB - what do I do?
It’s simple. If you haven’t registered on www.en.BUSHMAN.eu yet, register HERE and check the box "I want to become a member of the BUSHMAN CLUB". If you are already registered on www.en.BUSHMAN.eu, but you are not in the BUSHMAN CLUB, log in and click on your name in the ‘Your account’ section. Check the box ‘I want to become a member of the BUSHMAN Club’ and click on the ‘Save changes’ button.

I already have a BUSHMAN CLUB membership card, do I have to register again on the new e-shop at www.en.BUSHMAN.eu?
You do not have to register again for the new e-shop www.en.BUSHMAN.eu as we will have transferred your account here. If you don't remember the original password to your account, just click ‘Can't remember password?’ In the ‘Sign in’ section. Then enter your original email and click ‘Reset Password’. We will send you a new password to your entered e-mail address. After logging in, you can change it just by clicking on your name in the ‘Your account’ section, enter the new password twice in the ‘Change password’ field and confirm with the ‘Save changes’ button. After logging in, you can order via the e-shop as a member of the Club and you will immediately see the discount you have according to your level in the BUSHMAN CLUB. After logging in, your purchases are automatically uploaded to your account. When shopping in a bricks-and-mortar store, all you have to do is to report your personal number (card number) - you do not have to have your membership card with you physically.
When will I receive my customer card?
In line with the values of the BUSHMAN brand, we have stopped issuing plastic cards. You can find your personal number, which you can verify in bricks-and-mortar shops, after logging in in the ‘Your account’ section by clicking on your name. You will find your personal number under the barcode.
I learned about the possibility of registering for the BUSHMAN CLUB only after making a purchase; can I have that receipt / invoice included in my account?
Yes, just send us a copy or photo of the receipt or invoice to club@bushman.eu.
When ordering goods, I found out that I did not receive the discount that I have on my membership card. What must I do about it?
To claim membership benefits, you must be logged in to your account linked to the card. If you do not remember the e-mail address or password you have assigned to your account, write to us at club@bushman.eu. Do not complete the order as you will have to do it again after logging in.
